We want you to be satisfied! SalTerrae accepts returns within 30 days following the receipt of your order. 

Return Process:

Please email us and state clearly the reason for your return and mail the product back to us at this address.

We are not responsible for lost returns unless you provide a tracking number.  

Shipping charges are not refundable. Customers will be responsible for return shipping fees. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your bank account statement.
