Return Policy

SalTerrae accepts returns of all products within 30 days following the receipt of your order if you’re not completely satisfied. (Product must contain at least half the amount in order to return)

Please contact us with any concerns or questions about your product as well as the reasons why you are not completely satisfied. Once we confirm your return,  you can mail the product back to us.

Return Process:

1. Contact us with your order info to request a return and the reason why and we will be happy to assist you.
2. Package and ship your items to the above address 
3. Please include your order and tracking number to notify us that you have returned your product within the 30-day time limit. We are not responsible for lost returns unless customers provide a tracking number with data proving it was sent to us and lost.
4. A refund for the product will be issued once we have received it and is approved, you will then receive an email confirmation stating the refund details. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customers will be responsible for return shipping fees. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your bank account statement.
